GENERAL GUIDELINES:

1. The Cosplay Competition is open to all event attendees (male or female) from 4 years old to 12 years old. To register send an email to kidcosplayprincess@gmail.com with the following (with the picture of the character):

Parents/guardians need to sign a waiver before the event starts, allowing their kids to join the competition. Complete confirmation will be done after signing the waiver.
2. Individual Ramp Competition allows each contestants to have maximum of 2 minutes on stage. They are highly encouraged to pose and act their character with their own desired background music. You can submit your music at kidcosplayprincess@gmail.com at mp3 format before the competition day, so we can test it beforehand.
3. This is a Fairies, Princesses & Royalties theme cosplay competition, Original characters are not allowed. Lewd or vulgar costumes are also not allowed.
4. Participants must be "In Character" once the event starts and can be "Out of Character" after he/she gets off the stage.
5. All kinds of costume props must be handled with utmost care and must not be harmful to his/her fellow cosplayers, event staff and attendees. Any kind of sharp/bladed objects that will be used as props that could cut human flesh are strictly prohibited. Any kind of pyrotechnic equipment that will be used as costume props that could render damage to the venue/property is strictly prohibited.
6. The organizers reserve the right to refuse people who do not follow the guidelines mentioned above from joining the contest.
7. The Organizers will NOT be held responsible for damage/injury resulting from mishandling/negligence of cosplayers in his/her use of props/materials throughout the duration of the event.
8. Online Pre-Registration is only limited to 30 SLOTS only. You will be able to receive a confirmation from the organizers containing the approval of your entry.
